Alexander Zamolodchikov Rutgers University, USA On dual form of the Hairpin ModelThe hairpin model is solvable boundary CFT ("brane") defined through special boundary constraint. The model has W-algebra symmetry. It admits equivalent ("dual") description, with the boundary constraint replaced by certain interaction with additional spin degree of freedom at the boundary. The duality extends to non-conformal "paperclip" model. Go to the Laboratoire Poncelet home page. |
